The title of this piece is inspired by Barnett Newmans Onement, 1. He characterizes onemnet as the beginning of present life. The representation of enlightenment and the universe in totality. This piece along with that also represents the collection of oneself after being but through many different kinds of hardships. The beginning of pulling oneself back together to be whole again no matter what the situation has left you as. Living life as it comes with immense tenacity.
